Look At This Freaking Place: Tianzi Mountain Range

Sunday, May 4, 2014

You might look at the Tianzi Mountain range of China and think they look just a little too familiar. That might be because this gorgeous mountain range was the inspiration for the Hallelujah floating mountains in the movie 'Avatar.'

It's thought that these mountains were formed by the erosion of previously larger mountains—not necessarily by water like the Grand Canyon, but by frost and wind. However it may have happened, it has created a truly breathtaking natural formation.

  4. At my late age It's disconcerting for me to discover that I have a mental condition that I was totally unaware of and unable to give a name to. What exactly is the term for an acute fear of falling rocks?
